3. Add it to Outlook
Not sure which Outlook you have? If there’s a File tab at the top left, it’s classic Outlook for Windows.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook, select Settings (the gear icon at the top right), then Accounts > Signatures.
- Select New signature and name it Dairy West.
- Click into the editing box and paste: Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+V (Mac).
- Under Select default signatures, choose Dairy West for new messages and for replies and forwards, then select Save.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook, select File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Select New, type Dairy West and select OK.
- Click into the Edit signature box and paste: Ctrl+V.
- Under Choose default signature, pick Dairy West for New messages and Replies/forwards, then select OK.
If pasting changes the spacing, use Download for classic Outlook instead. Close Outlook, press Windows+R, type %appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures and press Enter, then move the downloaded Dairy West.htm file into that folder. Reopen Outlook and pick Dairy West as your default signature.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Outlook, open the Outlook menu, select Settings, then Signatures.
- Select the + button and name the signature Dairy West.
- Click into the editing area and paste: Command+V.
- Under Choose default signature, pick your Dairy West account and choose Dairy West for new messages and for replies and forwards. Close the window; it saves on its own.
The Outlook phone app doesn’t pick up your computer signature and handles images poorly, so use this short text version instead.
- In the Outlook app, open Settings and tap Signature.
- Paste the text version and save.
